This policy explains what FirstKnock collects when you visit firstknock.xyz or join the waitlist, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Waitlist details you give us. Your email address, and optionally a ZIP code or territory, when you submit an early-access form.
• Attribution data. UTM parameters, referring URL and the page you landed on, so we know which campaigns work.
• Basic usage analytics. Aggregate page views and conversion events via Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

What we do with it

• Send you founding-member access details and product updates.
• Prioritise territory and vertical coverage at launch.
• Measure which channels bring qualified sellers to the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site and our email list on our behalf.

Business data in the product

The location signals in the FirstKnock product are derived from public records and other lawfully obtained business data about commercial entities and addresses — not consumer profiles. Each signal carries its source and date so it can be verified.

Retention

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose above.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@firstknock.xyz.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
